First Visit - What To Expect

The first steps in building that connection is to make you feel comfortable and to share with you what you can expect from us.  Below is a step-by-step process of your first visit and what you can expect from us...
 
Step One:  After a warm welcome by our staff, you will complete your personal health history form. The doctor will use information in your health history to arrive at a working diagnosis.
 
Step Two:  The doctor will have a one-to-one consultation with you to discuss your health problems, preferences and any complicating factors.
 
Step Three:  You will receive a comprehensive examination and evaluation, including those tests necessary including those tests necessary to narrow down the diagnosis and nature of your condition.. 
 
Step Four:  The doctor will advise you if  imaging studies or a referral to another provider is necessary.  
 
Step Five:  The doctor will study the results of your health history and examination and prepare a treatment plan specifically tailored to your unique needs.
 
Step Six:  You will be given a Report of Findings and the nature of your condition will be discussed. The Report will include a thorough explanation of the doctor's findings, treatment recommendations, and what results may be obtained from care.  
 
Step Seven:  An estimate of future care will be provided.  Upon your acceptance, your care will start immediately.
